Rotella t5 motorcycle. A friend of mine is looking at a new bike Honda. I also change my oil frequently. Before I recommend Rotella T5 10w-30 havent seen energy conserving or resource conserving in the API seal I want to be sure it wont cause.
I use the Rotella T synthetic and have done so in several bikes with excellent results. Extremely good choice for diesel engines. Here in Virginia its hotter than a fox in a forrest fire and my manuals dont even go into the 5w range for the 900.

What what Ive read its JASO MA but theyve not had it tested so its not listed and I believe this considering its not energy saving or energy conserving and thats the evil additive that messes. It appears the T5 is about 25 T6 and 75 Triple T based on a cSt 40 viscosity of 111 of the T5. The Shell Rotella non-synthetic was ranked the number one motorcycle oil among non-synthetics in a comprehensive test by Motorcycle Consumer News the only Motorcycle magazine that doesnt accept any advertising.
