Have asked all the local mechanics and people on here have replied and we couldnt track it down.
Motorcycle revving too high. Black Smoke - If you have black exhaust when you rev it its rich. It is found on your carburetor that you are able to turn and adjust. Youll go through the gears and alls fine until about 5min running time and then the revs stay high like is happening on idle with you then cuts out the same way.
Another time it happens is if the revs drop down sensible as they sometimes will. A key clue is that the issue gets better as the bike. Runs worse at altitude - If the bike starts to run worse at higher altitude with reduced oxygen its likely a rich condition.
You can get a light colored rag and place it over the exhaust lightly and rev it to. They need lots of valve overlap to run at such high speed but at low revs the same solution tends to result in poor emissions performance. On the bottom of each carb is a drain screw.
Just keep turning the choke down until the rpms lower. When the throttle is applied it seems like it revs sometimes but not how a normal motorcycle would. Motorcycle very high revving on startup.
Just draining the fuel will often flush out the crud and fix the problem. This is a screw that is designed to keep the throttle plate from closing completely. Start your bike with the choke and it will probably rev to 3500-4000 rpm but dont let it.
