Excelsior motorcycle parts only used 2 or 3 times. This a private auction. The company established 140 dealers throughout the United States.

Initially they had premises at Lower Ford Street Coventry and 287-295 Stoney Stanton Road Hillfields Coventry Warwickshire before moving to Kings Road Tyseley Birmingham in 1921. In 1917 the firm passed into the control of Chicago-based cycle maker Ignaz Schwinn owner of Excelsior.
